Vacuum formed advertising of every kind – displays and posters, crowners, counter dispensers, window streamers, wobblers and shelf labels, magazin-covers, eternal calenders, decoration elements, mailings, medical charts, gadgets, stickers, wall clocks, blackboards, illuminated displays etc.

All formats – till a maximum size of 98 x 68 cm

Artwork for normal offset- or screenprinting (without any distortion additives) - preferably 'open files' - such as Freehand 9, Photoshop, Quark Express 3.3, Passport 4.0-4.3, Adobe Illustrator 9 - etc.

Offset- or screenprinted films (e.g. PVC, Polystyrene or PETG) will be vacuum formed over positive moulds of plaster, synthetic resin of aluminium. The printing is done before the vacuum forming process!

e.g. cover-up backing, application of adhesive tapes, die-cutting, filling with PU-foam, integration of additional elements - e.g. calender blocks, mirrors, thermometers, clocks, electronic accessories (e.g. LED-s) - etc.

Depending on quantity and finishing requirements about 4-6 weeks.
